Mr. Greco is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, he completed the Straus Institute’s Alternative Dispute Resolution certification program, which included additional coursework in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Mr. Greco also competed nationally as a member of the Honors Trial Advocacy Team, was on the editorial board for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Law Journal, and was president of school’s American Constitution Society chapter.
Before joining Lehrman Law Group, Mr. Greco worked in corporate and estate litigation related to fraudulent real estate, lending, and insurance transactions. These cases often involved complex discovery disputes which routinely required the filing of motions to gain the information necessary to advance a client’s interest, as well as those necessary to defend protected information. This experience was invaluable to Mr. Greco’s current practice at Lehrman.
Since joining Lehrman in 2016, Mr. Greco has focused primarily in warranty defense for auto manufacturers, but he also works in defending corporations in negligence and other tort causes of action. Recently, he was a member of the trial team which was able to successfully assert an admitted liability defense in a Song-Beverly action, resulting in a jury verdict cutting plaintiff’s damages off to the date the auto manufacturer first offered to repurchase the vehicle.
